NIRs spectroscopy applied to Agroforestry Service

The services provided are fundamentally oriented to the non-destructive spectroscopic analysis of liquid and/or solid samples in the range of the visible and near-infrared (NIR) region.

We highlight the following fields of application in the Agroforestry field:

  • Estimation of quality parameters in harvests
  • Analysis of agri-food products/vegetable tissues
  • Compositional characterization of substrates

We have a FOSS DS2500 NIR Spectrophotometer

Services provided:

  • Collection of VIS-NIR spectra of samples in different presentations (grains, products with coarse or fine grinding, sheets, liquids, semi-liquids, etc.)
  • Chemometric treatment of spectral and reference data: development of qualitative and quantitative models
  • Scientific-technical advice (study of possible improvements or alternatives)
