The Equality and Diversity Committee and the Valorisation Unit are organising the round table “ A muller ea ciencia: saúde mental” (Women in science: mental health) , given by scientific and technical staff from the MBG and clinical psychologist Rosa Cerqueiro . It is conceived as a space to share and discuss the mental health of women in STEM disciplines. It will take place tomorrow, 11 February , at 12 noon in the MBG-CSIC auditorium in Pontevedra.

Prior to the round table, the mural “A MBG en femenino” will be inaugurated at the MBG headquarters in Pontevedra , with images of women who work and have worked in R&D&I at the two MBG headquarters (Pontevedra and Santiago).

The MBG social media channels ( Instagram and X ) will publish “ Women who are leaders in science ” with the aim of giving voice and prominence to the female figure in science. To do this, MBG staff will publish an image with a brief text highlighting a female leader in science. The publications will begin today, February 10, and will continue throughout the week (from February 10 to 14).
